Cyberpunk 2077 has been out for several years now, and just when we thought we had discovered everything Night City had to offer, a fan has unearthed a hidden feature that has left players stunned. It turns out that V’s Megabuilding apartment has a customization option that has gone unnoticed by many in the community.

As players progress through the game, accumulating eddies becomes second nature, and what better way to spend that hard-earned cash than by investing in luxurious apartments? With nine unique apartments scattered across Night City, each offering its own aesthetic and atmosphere, the game offers plenty of options for those looking to live in style. However, a dedicated fan recently revealed that one of these apartments has a little-known customization trick.

Cyberpunk 2077

A Reddit user shared their discovery on r/cyberpunkgame, stating, “Four playthroughs and just now discovered you can choose different color schemes for your Megabuilding apartment from the EZEstates website.” This revelation quickly caught the attention of the Cyberpunk 2077 community, with many players admitting they had no idea this feature existed. The EZEstates website, accessible through the PC in V’s Megabuilding apartment, offers several color scheme options, including California Max, Neon Sands, Flamingo City, and Sowbread Tiger, allowing for a fresh new look tailored to personal taste.

Despite being a significant quality-of-life feature, the ability to change the color scheme of V’s starter apartment was actually introduced in Patch 1.5 back in 2022. Yet, it seems to have flown under the radar, even among the most dedicated players. One user expressed their disbelief, stating, “I honestly don’t think anybody knew about this.” Another chimed in, “Holy st, this is such an amazing find.” The excitement didn’t stop there, as another player jokingly added, “Well fk. Now I’m just gonna load a new game just for that.”

This hidden detail raises an interesting question: What other secrets might still be lurking in the depths of Night City? Cyberpunk 2077 is a game filled with intricate details, and this discovery is proof that even years after release, new surprises can still emerge. Whether it’s overlooked mechanics or cleverly hidden Easter eggs, Night City remains a treasure trove of mystery, waiting for players to uncover its secrets.
